Just jumping from one thing to another, but its the usual state of mind. Here’s a picture of a really young moose bull who literally bumped right into us. Should’ve seen a look on his face when he ran into 2 guys with cameras

Just got back from florida keys. All the pictures are taken with magic filter inside my fuji housing. Weather wasn’t really cooperating, and there’s much left to learn but some pictures really did come out amazing.

However, next day, after waiting for another 5 or 6 hours we were surprised to see a cow with her baby strolling along the lake in a pouring rain. Of course cameras were out, no rain covers and we got some beautiful images of the two of them. They swam right towards us, and even though cow spent most of her time eating stuff from the bottom of the lake, her baby was just posing for us for about an hour.I did realize, that no matter how big my subject was, I still need a longer lens.

As always, I forgot my camera, and came totally unprepared. But then again, how can you be fully prepared for something totally extraordinary ? Here are some pix from the Art of Fashion photography show that I stole from facebook, and I know that some people still have more pix and I would love to get a hold of them hehehe :

And finally we’re back from St. Thomas. It was great, considering that most of our vacation with scuba dived! Completely by accident I found a great diving instructor who also offers a really cool night snorkeling tours (shame we couldn’t go) but diving with Homer  was really highlight of the trip. If you’re ever going to USVI diving or night snorkeling with Homer is a MUST. Check out his website here : http://www.nightsnorkel.com/ . Other then that, St. Thomas , just like most of the Caribbean was uneventful, crystal clear waters, amazing views, cheap alcohol and cigarettes.
